Microsoft CRM Analyst / Technical / Functional

Microsoft Customer in the Not for Profit sector, has several openings for Junior-Mid Level CRM (preferably MS CRM), ready to role up their sleeves and do what's necessary, while polishing their soft skills in as a MS CRM Analyst

These are mid-level roles, and we are looking for commiserate skills. You don't have to be the best today - but becoming the best should be on your "to do" list.

The Organization:

Well funded professional service provider, focused in the not for profit area is expanding its current analyst/implementation staff, due to increased demand

Professionals interested in this position should have most if not all of the following skills:

MS CRM experience - analysis, implementation, and/or development

Experience with SQL - report writing a plus

Strong oral and written communication skills

The ability to work within a team experience, and strong people skills

The ability to work within specific timelines

Ability to work autonomously

The ability to set and meet goals

This is a junior to mid-level position, primarily located onsite, with limited travel expectations. MS CRM Analyst/PM

This role functions as the primary project consultant on small to medium size implementations of Microsoft CRM. This role requires a relocation to the VA/DC area for professionals not already living in that area

About the Position

The role typically performs tasks in project management, analysis, implementation configuration, customization and testing

Required Knowledge and Skills

Ability to plan and conduct implementations of MS CRM

Understanding/Experience of MS CRM integration with compatible softwares

Strong Personal Management ability

The ability to work well within a team

Ideal professionals will have the following experience:

MS CRM/XRM – at least 1 year or 1 full life cycle. If minimum requirement, must have solid IT background and transferable CRM/ERP skills

The ability to travel 50% percent, more during peek periods, go-lives

Preference for a Southeaster Professional, but a Southeastern location is not required

Experience with relevant Microsoft technologies a plus, i.e., Microsoft Office, Windows Vista or 7, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint Portal Server, JavaScript, ASP.NET and .NET architecture / services
