Dynamics Hires will not send you stacks of job board resumes. What we will do is send you well sourced resumes from professionals that have been interviewed, are interested in your company and that have the skill-sets that your company is looking for.

Installment plans - Structured to allow organizations to budget for recruiting costs
Mentoring programs - Provides a fee reduction for skilled hires, when the company agrees to participate in the program.
Dynamics Hires provides your organization with a skilled professional, based on the company's current need. Within a predetermined amount of time, Dynamics Hires will present the hiring organization with a choice of IT contractors, who are highly trainable and interested in securing a long-term role with a good company. Once chosen this person would "shadow" one or more of your seasoned staff, learning your company's industry, and the needed skills required to be successful within your organization.
At the end of the probationary training period, your company has a loyal professional, with a new set of marketable skills, concrete knowledge about the expectations of your organization, and the value and ethics on which your organization was built. At that point, you can choose to convert them to full-time members of staff for a flat fee.
Consecutive installments for multiple hires - Allows your organization to hire 2 or more direct-hire professionals during the same period, but be invoiced for one professional at a time. Consecutive invoicing can be a valuable option for a company's planned growth strategy.
Contract-to-Hire - Allows a professional to begin work as a contractor, giving both the professional and employer time to determine if a particular role or environment is a fit, with the option of converting to a full-time professional at a later date.
Contract - Provides professionals able to commit to both short and long-term projects, on a contract basis.
